THE ISSUANCE OF $11,250,000 OF BONDS BY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF CROCKETT COUNTY, TEXAS ON BEHALF OF THE CROCKETT COUNTY CONSOLIDATED COMMON SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR SCHOOL FACILITIES, ANY NECESSARY OR RELATED REMOVAL OF EXISTING SCHOOL FACILITIES, THE PURCHASE OF ANY NECESSARY SITES FOR SCHOOL FACILITIES, AND THE PURCHASE OF NEW SCHOOL BUSES, AND THE LEVYING OF A TAX IN PAYMENT THEREOF. While there is no tax RATE increase, the Texas State law requires “This is a property tax increase” to be on the ballot.
